The Assistant Attorney General is not going to make a claim like that publicly unless it’s true.

How could he know such a thing?

Go on....answer the question.  Don’t be scared

:snack:

Have you read the Boyd letter?

How is it he know's so much when he says "additionally we believe wider distribution of the classified information PRESUMABLY CONTAINED IN YOUR MEMORANDUM would represent a significant deviation from the terms of access negotiated in good faith by the department, HPSCI, and the office of speaker Paul Ryan.

Let me dumb it down for you.   He is covering for the DOJ.   He says all of them haven't seen the information then later claims he doesn't even know whats in the memorandum.   An when should the oversight committee EVER have to negotiate to see intelligence?

Back down nook you're out of your league here.

”covering for the DOJ”

So dumb.  Can’t see the obvious right in front you.

Still didn’t answer the question though....

Why hasn’t Nunes seen the info the memo is based on?

:dunno:

Dude.   Read this real slow.

Boyd doesn't know what intel is in the memo.   How can he claim people haven't read the intel when he doesn't even know what intel its discussing.

You don't have to READ intel if a witness gives testimony on it.   You don't have to READ intel if someone else has and reports it to you.

You do understand these guys have pretty important jobs and have people do legwork for them.   Read this and give me an outline report on it.  There are thousands and thousands of documents involved here.   Of course he MIGHT not have read every single one of them.

Fuck its like debating with a brick wall.

He can claim they haven’t read the background intel because it’s TOP SECRET and those without a Top Secret clearance can’t get access to it.....

Duhhhhhhhh

And you know for certain top staff members don't have top secret clearance.   Huma sure did.

Staffers file a SF-86 and are checked.   Those elected take an oath and are not background checked.

It was written by Nunes’ Republican staffers and Nunes and most of the committee members haven’t even seen the highly classified intel upon which it’s based.

Why hasn’t Nunes seen the base documents?  Is it because his security clearance has been revoked?

He’s the Assistant Attorney General appointed by Trump, and therefore not part of the “Deep State”. His interest is in upholding the law and protecting sources and methods.

Where his interests diverge from Trump’s is the Mueller investigation.  How much more fucking obvious can this all be?

He is not the Asst Attorney General.

Dumbass.

Does most mean all?   Go back and read the letter again.

Once again that doesn't take into account actual testimony either.

“Seeking Committee approval of public release would require HPSCI committee members to vote on a staff drafted memorandum that purports to be based on classified source materials that neither you nor most of them have seen”

How could Boyd possibly know that?  Because Nunes doesn’t be have Top Secret clearance.

Now...why doesn’t he?  He should...he’s the chairman of the Intelligence Committee

You actually think he doesn't have top secret clearance?    Holy shit you are delusional.   If the chair of the HPSCI doesn't have clearance how can he do his job?   Jesus dude don't drink the bong water.   Boyd makes no claim that is the case.

Not one of the left wing news organizations have EVER reported that.

So Boyd is just talking out of his ass....

Gotcha

🙄

And the truth of the matter is Nunes isn’t interested in doing his actual job. He’s only interested in doing what Trump wants him to do and that is obstructing the Mueller investigation as he has proven over and over and over again with all his stupid little stunts.

Well he surely didn't claim Nunes doesn't have TS security clearance like you are claiming.

Since I've been answering your questions answer this that you previously avoided.

How could he know that Nunes hasn’t seen the documents then?  He’s a mind reader?  Has secret powers of some sort?

The documents were provided to the HPSCI by the DOJ.  If they’re Top Secret, then the info presumably in a memo based on them would also be Top Secret.  What’s your point?  Do you have one?

Boyd doesn't know what's in the memo so how does he know what classified information was involved in the first place?

My point is he is making assumptions to protect the DOJ and its intel collection or FISA procedures.  He is being a good little deep state stooge.

In fact he cannot know what is in the memo to begin with.   Its only been opened up to members of the House, Wray and now the WH.  Nobody in the Senate or DOJ besides Wray (FBI director) has seen it.  That reporting has been consistent.

Me thinks this is another magnacoaster jumping to conclusions on your part.   It works!

“Deep State”

The Trump appointee is now a “deep state stooge”

Speaking of stooges.....listen Pizzagatemark, Boyd knows what intel the memo is based on because the DOJ and the FBI - Rosenstein and Wray, delivered it to Paul Ryan’s office a month ago.  It’s based on the documents surrounding the Steele dossier and FISA warrants that Nunes subpoenaed from the FBI.

Remember this meeting?

https://www.google.ca/amp/thehill.com/homenews/house/367314-rosenstein-meeting-with-paul-ryan-about-russia-investigation%3famp

Guess who wasn’t at that meeting?  Nunes......why?

Its gonna be glorious watching all the libs twist and squirm, trying to spin this memo.  "Trump, under a deep cloud of a criminal investigation, tries to delegitimize the FBI and DOJ".  Good luck with that talking point.
