1trailmaker
DRUG FORD is costing us again The OCS says it may try to sell the equipment. “The costs to the OCRC related to transition between mandates included $8,694,289 for store fixtures required to stand up a full network of retail stores,” spokesperson Daffyd Roderick wrote in an e-mail. “The OCS is looking at its options to recover value for these assets.”

You need to check your facts and learn about Chart reading Debt mounted and between 1971 and 1985 Ontario’s net public debt grew to $28.9 billion from $2.2 billion. The Davis-Miller era averaged an addition of about $2-billion a year to Ontario’s debt and the net debt-to-GDP ratio grew to 15% from 5.2%. DAVIS is the worst by percent 1000% added in 15 years (funny how these numbers keep adding up the same for an era) Ontario balanced its budget by 1999 but its net debt still grew to $138.8-billion under Ernie Eves in 2003 from $101.9-billion in 1995. However, the net debt-to-GDP ratio declined to 27.5% from 30.4%. Edited September 25, 2019 by 1trailmaker

Sksman
Fail thinks a government should be able to walk in and balance budget in 15 or 20 days basically or they just added to debt. Unfortunately the best fiscal planning and spending government would still require time to make changes to the disastrous financial mess left by the previous Liberal government. Like stopping and turning around a fully loaded tanker with only an aluminum boat. It will happen eventually but takes a long time.
