That should have been handled in court however it doesn't give the govt the right to fail to give him due process or mandatory sharing of evidence. On January 8, 2018, judge Gloria M. They got tens of thousands...even hundreds of thousands of acres of federal land for basically nothing and have the right to keep all citizens off for hunting and everything else.
