There are inefficiencies in all economic systems deployed across the globe.

It is going to be melinnea before we come to any kind of utopian arrangement.  In the here and now we must best utilize the systems, clean up those inefficiencies we can, and blend with other forms as best we can.  Just as evolution is slow on single human lifetime scales, so will be our march on to improved economic systems.

Enforcement by state sanctioned violence may be a bit of a reach.  Generally theft, and trespassing are dealt with non-violently.  Thieves are arrested and property returned, and police arrest trespassers.  Arguing those are "violent" is a bit extreme hyperbole...
