Hi Dale! That was last year and since we've been up here for 6.5 years we get some good dumpings. We had snow over the deck railing and with all the January rain we've seen it all dissapear. This season I'm gonna watch the forest's webcam and check with friends up there b4 going up

From 2000-2016 we always did a New Years ride,dinner then a party afterwards. I think it might've been 1-2 times we had a bit of rain but the past 3-4 years it's been nothing but rain. We'd get some good snow then a ton of rain early January and we'd have to start again. We're in a snowbelt that's turning into a snowmelt

I've been supporting for over 20yrs. I don't think they'll miss me this one time.

The Hali is a good bet to have snow and we're only 45 min from there. I figure if we go every other week for a total of four rides it's the cost of a trail pass and winter is over.

I'm not buying a permit this year. We'll be away after X-mas for 4-6 weeks and if we wanna ride 3-4 times we'll buy a day pass in a privately owned sledding area. They usually get decent snow and the trails/scenery there are mint. They only sell 100 day passes per day and there's days where you hardly see anybody . It's 100K acre playground

I heard a guy saying something about he didn't have any of his points left also. He said highly doubtful he'll get them reimbursed.

The old boy that owns this one is 85 yrs old. Says he's gonna keep it for 5 yrs lol

I tried shoveling the deck off to get rid of the heavy wet snow and said fk that. I picked up a little electric blower for $129 and it did the job. I can keep the deck clear now instead of having to shovel to get to the bbq

We bought a used coach and just starting to put stuff in the drawers .

We bought our place 6.5 yrs ago and could make a killing on it and we just might do that. We're looking at some property in Nova Scotia for a vacation spot that'll more and likely become our new home.
