  1. Dog is doing amazing. Absolutely no damage except for at the very beginning which was posted at that time. No trips to the vet. And it would be hard to imagine life without her now.
  2. Well I will be needing tires for this summer and I am stuck on two options. I posted this next door but hoping because there are a lot more people over here that one of you guys will have had some first hand experience. One of the main reasons that I am down to these two is that they are both available from my Costco and both a very decent price I think. Both are also available in the size that I need. 205/50r16 BridgestonePotenza re - 71R $136.99 EA. Plus a $70 rebate if bought before April 15 BFGoodrich G-Force sport comp-2 $157.99 EA.
  3. I don't know how to embed a Facebook video, maybe someone can help?https://www.facebook.com/groups/887577234594265/permalink/1871224239562888/
  4. I just snow checked an assault switchback on the website (didn't buy). Had the 850, orange and white colours, orang tunnel and rails, 2.0 track the fancy gauge. No estart. $21,000 cad. Fuck that noise. Sleds have gone full retard on price.
  5. I have never heard the term dooryard in Ontario or Alberta lol
  6. I bought a place 30 mins west of Edmonton in December 2016. Acre and a half, single wide and unfortunately no garage but has a decent little shed/barn looking structure that I can use to to work on sleds and the like. We are 15 mins to the nearest town/city. Property taxes are $1400/year. Not a huge fan of the single wide but it is our first place, we own the everything, and we can afford it. It was $245,000. All the places with a garages in the area started at $300,000 and if you get into Edmonton, you don't get very much for $300,000 which was one reason we moved out to the country.

    WTF

There is an actual FB account for her filled with all kinds of the same shit. I really hope that it is a dupe account lol. She has 23,000 followers so high chances of being a dupe
  8. I am a third year. I have only done 2 years of schooling and will be going in the spring for my third.
  9. Glad to hear you made out ok! I work at a structural steel and metal fabrication shop as a millwright apprentice and we have lots of units running 480-600v. The running joke with my boss and I is, always insulate one's self from any electrical circuit via an electrician and never touch said electrician.
  10. I pulled these off Facebook a few mins ago.
  11. Way better. We don't even put her on a leash when outside at the house anymore. The first time I tried her off leash at the house, she bolted to the front of the house while I was way in the backyard. She just ran to the front deck and sat infront of the door. She still doesn't trust me enough to listen most of the time but listens well to the girlfriend which is nice. But she no longer runs away or anything. If she runs it is to the front door which on one hand is nice because it is way better than running away but it would be nice if she listened to me and didn't run at all lol. She has gained a lot more independence at the dog park when the other half takes her in the morning. Before she would never leave your side. Now she wanders off and does her own thing which very good. Still doesn't give a fuck about toys. I wish she would fetch but I doubt that will happen. We even bought a ball that we put her favorite treats in and still won't touch it lol.
  12. Relaxing after a hard day of relaxing, I mean holding down the fort
  13. Lol I am not the biggest fan of it. Sure the new toy is always fun but I generally get attached to the things I own and don't like seeing them go. But I am super excited to be able to look outside and say I am going to go for a ride. Not, well I guess I can't ride, there is not enough or the is no snow for the next "x" amount of months
  14. Well tonight I sent the ditch pickle down the road. This is the first time in 12 years that I will be sledless without the intent to get another one any time soon. I am now the owner of a 2006 Honda CRF 450r. This is where the Jimmy Snacks reference comes in. I only plan on keeping the bike for a month (hopefully less) and trading it for an Yamaha banshee lol.
  15. Have a guy coming on Sunday to take away the M8. Trading for a 2006 CRF 450r which in turn will be traded for a banshee from my buddy as he is kinda looking for a dirt bike. The mountains cost too much to ride and there is dick all for snow in Albert unless you are in the mountains. Plenty of atv trails around my house and they are legal on the roads and I can ride all year right from my front door. Win/win
