Is anyone really surprised by this?

So if someone has a warrant for arrest (In this case Firearms violations), because they didn't show up for their court appearance, and you pull them over, and they decide to fight, you just throw your hands up and say "Oh sorry dude, we'll just catch you later"? In this case, per the body cam footage, the unarmed suspect resisted and jumped in his car. You know damn well the cops knew who they were dealing with, so when he goes diving back into the car, what do you think the cops should do, let the idiot grab a firearm (That was what he had a warrant for, they don't know he doesn't still have that firearm) to fire back at them first? Clearly the cop in this case made a mistake (Taser vs Firearm), and will be paying for it. That is the tragedy of this whole situation, besides the 20 year old who died because he decided to try and fight. If the call to his mother is ever released, it sounded like she told the kid to put your hands up and don't resist! So the MOM tried. Tragic in every way. I will say this, it appears the Gov and the Mayors learned something last summer. They are stepping in right away to not let another 5 days of destruction happen. Sounds like they will not be tolerating that kind of rioting this time, I guess we will see how prepared they are, and if the instigators stay home this time.

As we all jump to conclusions on what happened and what mistakes were made, let’s remember one thing: Don’t resist the cops. Simply complying with being arrested and the guy is back on the streets probably in hours.

My parents have that exact unit in their house - a house they built with in floor heat and no forced air. It does a great job and runs very cheap for my mom.

Yeah I didn't actually buy less than $1 but I saw it. $1.09 was my lowest. That was April 16th, when I was traveling between here and central Sconnie, when there was NOBODY on the roads. I made it 240 miles in 2 hours 40 minutes one time. That's averaging 90mph......THAT was fun!!

According to my records, the highest I paid (In MN or WI) in 2009 was $2.65 By the end of 2010 it was right about $3.00, and then almost every single fill 2011 through November 2014 were all north of $3.00. Only May 18th, 2013 was it above $4, and that was $4.29 right before the traditional high priced Memorial Day weekend.

I keep track of every single fill up on a spread sheet, and on my 2003 Accord my son still drives, I have records going back to 2007. 2015 was one of the lowest, but 2016 looks like the lowest numbers before the plandemic of 2020. Close enough. And as for 2018 gas over $3, or close - most of my 2018 gas fills were above $2.50, a few $2.89, $2.92, but none over $3. If it matters, the last time I paid for gas above $3 was November 2014.

I was able to put only about 10 miles on one, and this was what I felt as well. Really pushed in the corners. I wondered if more seat time and adjustments would dial it in for my liking, but reading this, my initial assumptions would still be the same.

I honestly have no idea. The fact that they are there in the numbers they are, something must be causing them to run up and down the water ways. Do they limit the speed on the water between US and Canada in VT? Its 45mph here, and they are VERY strict on it. Maybe that's a national park deal.....
