  1. The Vintage race date for Eagle River has been moved again to February 22-25
  2. At least you still have your groupies I see
  3. Couldn’t post a photo of it if I wanted to. Because your to cheap to become a contributing member.
  4. So for the responsible people that paid off their student loan like myself receive a rebate? They made the choice to take the loan out and knew the condition of the loan. Now be responsible and pay it off.
  5. Sounds like needle and seats. If you went through 5 gallons of fuel in 10 minutes fuel should just about be running out of the exhaust pipes.
  6. Looks like it's in a Repo storage facility
  7. They make 1/8, 3/16 and 1/4 dia so like @800renegaderidersaid order the right size and you'll find other uses for them. If you need to straighten some parts use clamps and blocks to press/work the parts straight if you can. A hammer will leave hammer marks. Heres a sled a friend of mine fixed this fall.
  8. The base is actually decent yet but I don't know for how long. 10-15 deg cooler could be riding. Last week it was only around 5-10 deg out.
  9. The 1999's don't have the demand the Gen 2 XCR 800's have. Many became donor sleds for the motor, pipes and electrical. I used one for an IQR convention with a HTG mounting plate and pipes.
  10. As long as the trails are shut down there was a section we couldn't get through with the groomer so got out there today and brushed it out.
  11. I've seen worst fixed and look good. Go online and order some clico fasteners. You can use these to temporarily reassemble it and make some tweaks as needed for fit. Then rivet it back together with an air riveter
  12. Looks like the parts you need are available to order. Like others said I wouldn't hammer to out it's never going to look good. Just order that parts and replace it will look alot better. Things happen
  13. Auction is closed and some of the prices were crazy. Couple guys I know went to the public viewing and thought it was strange most of the high end sleds were off limits for the public viewing. Guy claimed he did alot of the restorations but didn't see any real work area where any work would have been done and the guy was lite on mechanical aptitude. Somethings they thought seemed off.
  14. Another uninvited. The guy that won't joint any club, has never marked one mile of trail, won't buy a trail pass and then complain when we hit one section that wasn't groomed because the clubs groomer was broke down. Rode with him Thursday no invite for Friday.
  15. Hoping for a quick fix to salvage your ride.
  16. Agreed. Had a good solid 5 days of riding locally and Monday we closed the trail to Hopefully save some of the base. Wife says I'm back to being an Ass now
  17. To effect all that you listed sure seems like something in a connection. Does anybody in your group have a simular sled with S7. that you could swap to see if the problem goes away.
