...who's in?

It'll turn out just like that idiotic state in the north east a while back to make mandatory gun ownership regulation a law.  To their surprise, NOBODY owned any guns!  SHOCKER.

I think they'll need to send the Door-to-door Covidian crew back out for this....where they'll finally find a "cure".

So if there is a mandatory buy-back - who is going to enforce it?

Kamaloholic said they are going to go door to door to make sure your guns are safe. Seems like it won't take long before they start knocking on the wrong doors.

I guess I have a little more faith in my local law enforcement then I would if I lived in the Shitties.

Military, who knows.  Wildcard.

IDK, the people I know in law enforcement say the day they are instructed to do something as such is their last day in law enforcement.

Plus, can you imagine the optics of our military being used against our own citizens to confiscate legally purchased firearms?

Of course they’re going to say that, what else are they going to say? If Americans were some special breed of humans we could ignore what history tells us but we know what history tells us and it isn’t that the police and military are gonna stand behind you or I when the order comes down.

Optics? All it takes is a strong narrative that people believe. Like convincing people that going door to door to tackle illegal immigration is a good idea. Oh wait.

You mean that  they didn't mean regulated by the government?  Are you sure?

I’m sure you slithered out of it somehow.

Is that what you do?  Slither?  Sure seems like it.

Also, just STFU with your Constitutional opinions.  I've literally seen nobody anywhere have them so wrong...since my first week here!  Wow.

It's not a wildcard.  70% would refuse orders and kill off the other 30 percent if they could find them. They aren't on the side of dem racism.  "All enemies, foreign AND DOMESTIC".

First hint of our military being ordered against citizens and that's it.  It starts there.

If you say so.  No, I don't remember.  Post it.

Moron.  You need to find yourself a lady or, has all hope been lost?  Yeah...maybe a man is your thing?  A weak one like you.  Get to it!

I believe if she is elected and dies or quits due to health, Hobo Baggins steps in as pres.  And the Speaker (Ryan) would step into the VP shoes until another VP is selected.  If she dies or drops out before the electoral college votes then the Dems would hold a special election or session to vote or choose another candidate.  I don't think the public get a say in this.  And there would not be time anyway.

On 9/12/2016 at 9:58 AM, SSFB said:

The Speaker doesn't step in as VP, not even temporarily. The 25th Amendment says that the President appoints a new VP who must be approved by both houses of Congress. That's how Gerald Ford became VP.

On 9/12/2016 at 9:59 AM, Zambroski said:

But doesn't the speaker step up until the new VP is selected?  I'm pretty sure.

On 9/12/2016 at 10:00 AM, SSFB said:

No, that wouldn't even make sense.

On 9/12/2016 at 10:04 AM, Zambroski said:

Sure it would.  The Speaker is the third place in the line of successions.  So, if the Pres is out, the VP steps up and everyone after that steps up, if only voluntarily and for a short period of time.  I may be wrong but I'm almost positive that at no time there will be allowed to be a vacancy in any position in the Executive branch.

On 9/12/2016 at 10:06 AM, SSFB said:

No, everyone doesn't just "step up". You don't have the slightest clue what you're talking about, just stop.

On 9/12/2016 at 10:10 AM, Zambroski said:

Well, fuck head...I used "step up" kinda "tongue and cheek".  So what you are saying is no one steps into those rolls and assumes those duties?  I find that hard to believe.

On 9/12/2016 at 10:12 AM, SSFB said:

If you wanna talk about "rolls", go find a fucking pastry shop.

If you wanna talk about the succession of roles in the Executive branch, go do a little reading before you come in here with your typical know it all style while simultaneously not really having a clue what you're talking about.

Not only is there documents which lay this out very clearly, there is historical precedence as well.

Yep you were right.  I looked it up.  But before you get all "Political God-like" with me and instigate some shit.  Maybe you should have read my posts, I'm pretty sure I said I wasn't sure. Or I said I thought it would "make sense".  Hardly a hard line instigation type posting IMO.  But maybe you are just tired of all my words on here.

So...try this:

By all fucking means, continue impressing me with your "political knowledge" of succession.  It's fascinating...FASCINATING! And what a great place to impress people with your over-whelming knowledge of politics and the executive branch.  You sure showed me!  You win.

:handjob:

Hey dumb fuck.  The speaker IS THE THIRD LINE.  No?  Who is then?  lol!

You'd better consider banning me again to try to win an argument and call me a pedophile. Remember that?  Check with Pepperidge.

Nice work you've done here.

Holy shit.  You are trying so incredibly hard here.  Does it hurt?  I know it does.  Let's wait until the rest of your creepy little crew get here to help you out.  That's much more fun for me!

What they will report back is that they have found no gun ownership.  OR, they may choose not to report back at all....to anybody....ever again.

Feds will attempt to bring in military.  And here we go!

If it ever got by the SC (which it wouldn't at least for some time) they could enforce it thru the dept of treasury and withhold wages or any other number of ways.  Its why they want an all digital currency system or be able to control your vehicles ability to run or simply a social credit score system.

One thing about govt is never say never.   They would have their ways.

Then at that point its....
