The merit of the case is what most SHOLD be focusing on ... it's a bullshit case.  Plain and simple.  And no - I'm not supporting Trump, or his behavior.  Look at this for what it is and remove the emotion.

They are using the merit of the case to rationalize his behavior.  Both need to be looked at independently.  That is what I meant by ignore.  Of course, the trumptards can't do that.
