ActionfigureJoe
1 hour ago, Carlos Danger said: The thing is Putin can't sue for peace. If he kept his gains in some sort of a peace deal Ukraine would certainly end up in NATO dam near immediately. Ukraine’s economy began to grow following the fall of the USSR. It peaked in 2008 and then dropped with the economic collapse. It peaked again in 2013-2014. This was followed by the invasion of Crimea and another plunge in its economy. It rebounded and showed some real signs of growth up until Russia invaded. Every time Ukraine shows signs of economic growth it also begins to compete with Russia economically. Ukraine had the potential to outstrip the Russian economy with western investment and trade.

All of it needs testing. Thinking there is nothing new is super funny. That being said, we aren't going to send that sort of stuff to Ukraine unless we are the ones using it. Nothing new at all is needed there and even if it was, we have military doctrines that prevent us from handing over our new technology to defeated armies or enemies. BUT...since this administration is a fucking joke and really, treasonous on every level. You might be right.

This is a brainless post. You people must actually think the Ukraine has some high quality army over there. Rumor has it that 25% of their force was mixed in with the refugees when Putin first rolled across. I'd guess it's greater than half now...and the others aren't answering their pagers. That’s not very smart of you. “What the fuck?” Now into the third year of the war. If Ukraine is bad, that doesn’t speak very highly of Russia’s military. Or maybe you can tell us more about Putin’s “clinic.”

That's really fucked up thinking. Ukraine was ready to negotiate but the US, GB and NATO wanted their war. Personally I feel really sorry for the Ukrainian people and using them in the manner we did. Russia became a manufactured threat because they went all in on the Russia collusion bullshit to falsely remove Trump from office. That and it appeared radical Islam had been put in check. Most of it of course is robotic, but no reason to have loss of life when in a situation where we are helping on foreign soil. Testing in non-battle situations has been done, but that is sort of like testing a snowmobile on a test track. We've seen how that has gone for the polaris fireball, cat's clutching/gearing and so on...

We can’t make Ukraine fight, especially for as long and hard as they have been, but we can and should give them weapons to defend their homeland for as long as they are willing to.
