Too many emerging markets such as Africa, Iraq, and Iran. There’s also Russia’s fleet of shadow tankers that continues to flood the market. New technology continues to find readily available resources. The green movement, while scaling back, remains another block to their plan. The more solar, wind, and battery storage facilities America builds, the more petro it sells around the world. OPEC couldn’t even agree on a pseudo embargo to retaliate against the Israeli war.
