If Clinton doesn't get on that plane Comey doesn't announce the re-opening of the investigation.   I firmly believe that from what Comey has testified.   Billy and Loretta put him in a hell of a spot.  Comey still handled the whole thing very poorly.

Comey is just taking it all in the ass.  And the reality is, he was penetrated hard by Lynch and the Obama Administration.  And by the time he realized they were gonna hang him out to dry for letting that lying bitch off the hook, all he could do was publicly re-open the case helping the truth about Hillary get out there.  It was too late though.  He's corrupt.  And got played by an administration better than him in that field.
