  • Tesla’s long-term reliability makes them the cheapest luxury brand to maintain, costing just 7.1% of their value, while BMWs will cost you 25.3% of their price in upkeep over a decade.
  • Tesla’s famous Model S is the cheapest luxury vehicle, with maintenance costing just 4.6% of its value in a decade.

Are towing costs included for dead batteries?

If somebody runs out of gas/electricity they do have road side assistance for that stuff to help with that persons own stupidity

It's the person's fault when the car won't charge? It's becoming more common, especially in colder climates.

30% and sometimes more decrease in range and efficiency in the cold. Sounds awesome. You'll have to stop and charge every 60 miles if you're towing.

Except a Tesla is NOT a luxury vehicle.  Seriously not even close.

Non luxury cars you have to go to gas station to fill up.  Luxury cars are the ones that have the option to fill at home.

Ya at the gas pumps with the rest of the white trash holding the hoses high in an effort to get every last drop.  There is nothing luxury about a vehicle that requires going to a gas station.

So you agree that the most luxurious thing about a tesla is charging it?

It is annoying when people compare them to luxury cars just because they cost alot and have gadgets.

You sound triggered. Kind of racist too.

How is going to a charging station any different than going to a gas station, except maybe that it takes much longer for an EV of course.

He must have homes all over the US since he only charges at home. Or he never goes to far.

Teslas arent expensive.  They have a $7500 tax credit.  Put the base one in the mid 30k price range.  Faster ones and AWD are in the mid to low $40k after credit.

You have a higher class of people at charging stations typically.

Base model. The prices go up very fast once you start adding options.

They are expensive when you compare them to a vehicle in the same class of features and build quality.  They are being subsidized for a reason. No one would buy them with out. That's why there was a price drop also.
