Platinum Contributing Member SnowRider Posted January 15, 2023 Author Platinum Contributing Member Share Posted January 15, 2023 @ArcticCrusher From the OP. The short answer is yes. “In 2018 and the early parts of 2020, excess death rates for Republicans and Democrats are similar, and centered around zero,” the study said. “Both groups experienced a similar large spike in excess deaths in the winter of 2020-2021. However, in the summer of 2021—after vaccines were widely available—the Republican excess death rate rose to nearly double that of Democrats, and this gap widened further in the winter of 2021.” The study attributes this to the vaccine uptake disparity between Republicans and Democrats, which has been widely documented as more Republicans refused to take the vaccine; the most vocal anti-vax voices were Republican politicians and some conservative news outlets: “The gap in excess death rates between Republicans and Democrats is concentrated in counties with low vaccination rates and only materializes after vaccines became widely available,” the study notes. Darwin was brought up before before vaccines when Repugs typically resisted masking. It’s starting to show up in real world data. But by all means don’t get vaxed and listen to your right wing talking heads because in the end - you might be doing us all a favor

John Campbell just commented on this study and shows the data. Out of 4k and some school aged kids in I think Thailand they did ecg's before and after vax and found 17.1 % heart issues after 2nd dose. It was 5.7% after 1st. No problem right? Im talking about dead. about 350,000 deaths blamed on covid. Now lets assume about 75 % WOULD HAVE DIED FROM SOMETHING ELSE THAT SAME YR . That leaves about 90,000 Then even thou you see shit like the OP's post posted a lot by liberals. Statistics show people of color are more affected by covid. So you are talking about 40,000 people. If you or a loved one is one of those 40,000 , it';s a big deal. Otherwise . 40,000 out of 342 million is nothing. Especialy when you consider probably 65 % were in long term care facilities and didnt even vote.

There are more deaths in 2022 than 2021, and 2021 had more deaths than 2020. So much for the vax saved 10 million lives crap. The real deaths from covid numbers are totally overblown admitted by the cdc and even Wren. Now we are seeing major issues in our youth that didn't need any of this garbage, remember they have about a one in a million chance of dying from covid.
