Cop deserves death by sodomy. take the badge out of it and you have a guy that ripped the kids door open and yelled to get out of the car and when the kid tried to protect himself the dude unloaded a firearm into the car. Easy to see how this kid could construe the incident as attempted car jacking. The notion that the car was in reverse and put the officer in danger is a moot point as soon as the officer stepped back a few places was no longer in any danger.
