Unless something changes, Capitalism will starve the planet by 2050

Can you be any more stupid? :lol2: You must be on something more potent than usual. In my post I referred to philosophy, mathematics, literature, art history, languages, and so on.

Then you come back with also philosophy, mathematics, physical and social sciences. Kind of proves your comprehension is below average or just plain selective. You tried to add what I already referenced.  :lol2:

I figured it needed to be pointed out to you because you were focused on literature, while I was talking about philosophy as a component of a liberal arts curriculum.

So, your entire point is a non sequitur brought about by the trigger word 'liberal'.

He won't... we've already offered to pitch in for him to emigrate to the utopia of his choice. It seems he's found it and it's here even though he won't acknowledge it. After all he'd have to give up to much of the lifestyle capitalism has afforded him.

You snowflakes are so easily triggered. :lmao:

God you are stupid. Yes I used literature as an example rather than go through the full list of useless liberal arts degrees. So just to make it clear since your comprehension level is still below par. PHILOSOPHY IS ALSO A USELESS LIBERAL ARTS DEGREE THAT FAILS TO PREPARE YOU FOR ANYTHING USEFUL IN THE REAL WORLD. THAT IS OTHER THAN REMAINING IN THE EDUCATION SYSTEM SELF PERPETUATING THE NEXT GENERATION OF EQUALLY USELESS PHILOSOPHERS WHO ARE DESTINED TO REPEAT THE CYCLE.

Ranks right up there with a degree in basket weaving. Or better yet another useless degree Beatleology. I suspect that would fall under Liberal Arts.

This is a perfect example of how capitalism ruins human potential and skews our values. You aren't considered valuable unless you're able to make money for a capitalist. That's the only legitimate measure of one's worth in society.

It's fucking demented.

What's demented is your perception that someone sitting around contemplating the meaning of life, just an example for philosophy has any REAL value in society other than being a burden on those who actually EARN their way through life.

Without philosophy there never would have been democracy. This is how divorced from reality capitalists really are.

02sled is that dimwit at parties that loudly pontificates about shit he thinks he knows all about but really has no clue.  You know, the guy that everyone rolls their eyes at and laughs at as soon as he leaves.

Look in the mirror dumb as a stump. I keep providing fact that shoots you down over and over and you're too stupid to realize it. You're the idiot that tried to pass off a chart that allegedly reflected US retirement savings as being relevant to Canada and CHOSE to ignore the report from a reputable Canadian source, CIBC Wood Gundy that showed differently. Whether you want to believe it or not Canada and the US are dramatically different financially.

How much time did you spend in school sitting in the corner with the pointed dunce cap on.

I just found your class picture

Yes, white people are disgusting.

Poor Moto.  Hey, I'm not disgusting.  I'm actually pretty clean.  Well, I need a haircut and a beard trim really bad but other than that...I smell like tulips in the spring time.  Maybe the honkies you hang around need baths?  Because I'm sure you don't hang around non-whites up there in Whitey, McWhiteville.

I gotta tell ya there bro...If anyone is "divorced from reality", well, it's you and your group.  And I mean your wife took the house, the car, the kids, the bank accounts, the pets and half of your earnings over the next decade.  You are lucky she didn't go after that half decent meat you choked down last night.

Honestly, I get we all need a cause, well some of us do anyway.  If you and "your people" are going to stick to the socialist platform, at least set smaller goals that you can actually work toward attaining in your lifetime.

Education is the first step.

You wouldn't be enjoying the rights you have today if it weren't for philosophy.

Ahhhh....you didn't get the joke.  Today must be "Serious Friday" for you.

Do you argue just for the sake of arguing?  I'm not saying you are bad at it, your debate skills are far and above the liberal idiots here.  You just fail to convince many in the end because you "skip out" of your subject matter.  Is it a loss of a true direction?  I think it is.  Again, your people need leadership.  I know that's what you oppose, but it's also why you aren't going anywhere with your ideals.

There is a huge leftist backlash building right now. All these protests are just the beginning. People are moving my direction politically. Liberals are radicalizing. You're going to see what a real libertarian leftist movement looks like. There probably won't be any 'leaders'. Movements without visible leaders are harder to kill.

A third party is on the horizon, though. The two party system is all but dead. Anarchists don't generally participate in electoral politics, direct action is preferred, but a lot accept the fact that there will be a transition period between neoliberal capitalism and anarcho syndicalism/communism. Ultimately dismantling of these transitional institutions is the goal and direct, decentralized democracy is what they will be replaced with.
