Many of today's anarchists were yesterday's liberal arts majors and OWS?

Some, sure. This election has radicalized a lot of people, so I'm sure there are some people who fit the stereotypes you all love so much.

So when you use them they are called labels but when I use them they are stereotypes? Seems like all political facets have become more radicalized recently.

Double standard then...fits the leftist tendencies you still have in your blood. :thumb:

Well, here's the difference.

I categorize people based on what they say and do.

You want to say 'all/most people are x' based on your preconceived notions and very little evidence of anything said or done.

And ancoms are leftists. They're like, the leftiest.

Hey Moto, for fun, when you have time you should label each member here.  Seriously.  I think it'd be interesting.

Like, how would you classify me?

But see...he's "categorizing" while everyone else is "stereotyping". Even his labels have labels I bet

Categorization: That dude sounds like a fascist based on statements x and y, and confirmed by action z

Stereotypes: That dude doesn't like the authority that I have chosen to rule over me so he must be one of the people I blame for the deterioration of society.

Back in my day.......Being an Anarchist meant something.  None of this sissy, watered down, touchy feel good shit.

Tie you to a tree, rip your pants down and fuck you in the ass kind of anarchy!

You should categorize yourself.

I recommend either political compass or the vote1 app for smartphones to accomplish that.

Even if you never agree with me, I think it will be valuable for you to know where it's coming from. This video does a great job introducing the basic concepts.

Agreed because you've done a pretty shitty job of explaining it.
