Yes they should have . But again the reason I have a tool box full of cams we set up . Every person thinks if there is a pile of lumber out side the house trespass laws are void or somthing . Hardly odd everyone does it everyone is curious what the place is gonna look like not saying it’s right or legal. Wife and I caught my neighbors when our house was being built one night when we went to look at progress. They were like deer in headlights when we walked in through the side doorway and they were yapping about the kitchen layout drawn on the floor.
