I think I picked Dinger, Bowyer and Jamie Mac when I did them last week. I may make some changes before the race goes green.

I just looked and it was Dinger, Kurt Busch and McMurray.

Quailing is on FS1 now.

Larson on pole....nice work.

Damn he is a wheelman in whatever he races and wherever he races.

Sonoma, Road America and France on tomorrow. My PVR is going to get a work out. That old Ford #34 reminds me of when I was young. A couple relatives raced Fords on a local dirt track. Mostly for fun and something to do on a Sunday afternoon.

Now this guy was a racer and did it the hard way.

Seems that drag racing is one of the stand out venues for  persons of color  to rise up.  francecar would do well with multi persons of color team owners and drivers.  imo

Had a friend in northern maine who got killed in a sled accident a few yrs back. He used to have a track and a bunch of old cars. For $50 on a Saturday night ya could show up , sign a waiver , put on a helmet and hop in a shitbox and race .

Did he run at Sonoma much?

I know he was a staple at Watkins Glen. He announced last year that it would be his last.

The dude is getting old. Mid 50's?

He never did well in cup if memory serves...

I think he had better results in the busch races.

He had a few races where he was competitive but most often he drove the car too hard and broke (like most of the ringers did).

I think Ron Fellows is one of the only ones who would consistently do decent. Always enjoyed watching him back in the Trans Am days and wheeling a Vette in IMSA. Guy is a great wheel man
