If most Repug states seceded - we’d be smarter and more productive.  The takers are generally Red rural states and red hats are uneducated.

Even your map has the borders drawn.....  pretty simple.  Just take the counties we here those votes dots are and make the county part of 1 country and the other.  Democratic wanted separate countries in 2016.  What would be the downfall of 2 countries setup like the EU system?

And some states are still struggling and need another bailout.  These numbers are not in those giver and taker tax things from 10 years ago...
