Think of “the system” more as a game.  A game with both soft rules and hard rules.  Some can figure it out a bit better than others.  But all have a chance to play.  Remember the “he who has the gold makes the rules” saying?  It’s like that but, the rules get passed down so everyone can play, even if only passively. Those that ignore this fact or try to play outside of the rules have a tough run at it.  Everyone should try though....then, hopefully realize why it’s a silly and tough endeavor.

It takes us all some time.  Denying “the game” and it’s rules is not really a winnable exercise.  It’s silliness that just leads to bitterness and self destruction.  

Of course, everyone has a different viewpoint of “winning”.  These people usually play the alternative game of being good money managers and fiscally intelligent. Nothing wrong with that either. Accept the theft and losses and do maximum with what you are allowed to keep.  It’s a solid practice.

Know who is most likely losing this game?  People that talk about how their latest purchase was a great financing offer and they are “using somebody else’s money” while they pretend they are investing the difference to make money in the market.
