Its going to get worse because  there are states that haven't locked down yet.

mass and conn both said that would be foolish

baker said just because one state does it doesn’t mean he will close mass

agriculture here is essential.  I need a new trash pump for filling the sprayer and have to go to TSC, as much as I hate to do it.

People need to get food and animal supplies from somewhere  :dunno: obviously I'm not in a populated area,  but I notice a lot less people out and about whenever we go out for supplies

It will at least slow it down.  Closing the schools though the rest of the year helps too.

Yes I agree

the university I work for is beyond quiet. I’ll take that any day so that’s a plus for me

First three objectives when dealing with a spreading global pandemic:

1.) Immediately cease all world air travel coming in from hot spot locations (travel ban)

2.) Cease all domestic air travel between states (travel ban)

3.) Cease all local travel between airports and group public transit terminals (travel ban)

First three things not to do:

1.) Ignore all the above to avoid political fallout

2.) Panic.....and spread fear

3.) Scuttle economy while panicking and spreading more fear and blame (“nobody is taking this seriously because public transit and airlines are still operating!!”)

I’m sure glad the media decides what’s important for us all.
