I think I've made it pretty obvious I don't pay a whole lot of attention to what goes on here and just breeze through most of it

I try to get a solid 7 to 8 per night keeps me healthy happy and cheery

Back when I took exercise more serious I couldn't exercise after about 6pm or I could never fall asleep.  I had to exercise in the morning. 

Now that Im unemployed I can exercise during the day if i want.

But for me if I just lay around and don't do anything all day I'm going to be restless all night

I havnt slept 7 hrs in one day in 40 yrs.

Well If its a really shitty day I will drag out a service manual or operating manual and read it over again. 

For the majority of my career I wrote operating manuals and operating procedures.  I was a technician with decent technical writing abilities. So in addition to being an Ops Tech i also got to write manuals and procedures for everyone else to use.

they vote at the convention and now unlike last time are no longer alowed to say they are backing say Hillary early but that is not stoping them from saying they are not backing Sanders and they are saying that
