I think if they can defeat Bernie and the Squad they will consider the election a win. People like to say Trump has a huge ego but in my book Mayor Pete's is much larger considering his age and experience thinking he is the best person to become President. By many accounts he isn't even a good mayor. Thinking of towns in Iowa with about 100K people and one of those mayors running for President makes me laugh. As I said just because you think one way you shouldn't assume everyone does. I think there are lots of people would vote for Sanders as evidenced by these primaries. In reality he is getting the most votes and the Dems are throwing the delegates to others. So despite Republicans hating him and establishment democrats hating him, he is still getting more votes.
