Haveing a pulse adjustment is sweet. Makes welding much easier.

X2, always had someone around that could do it and had the equipment. I don’t mess with old cars anymore so really have no need.

I did not see mention of a helmet if you are gong to built that.an auto dark will be a good investment.not to be a smart ass but when butt welding like that you need to grind a vee in each peice then fill in.and for gas use mix 75-25 you will like the end weld
