Reality is for every job that is put in Mexico by America its one less illegal that comes here. I see more of a need to gain a better balance with China or other Asian countries than Mexico. Fact is Mexico doesn't steal 1/10th the IP that China does as well and we should have a hard line stance with China because of the hacking issues that come from their as well. IMHO trade with Mexico is a good thing. Goes back to the old gumball video on youtube. We need to help countries there not bring them here to help them.
