And old Bernie the socialist wants to keep adding to the debt.

Fuck that.

As crazy as this sounds Bernie's model of deficit spending would be better for the country than Trump's.

Bernie can go fuck himself, that New York bastid.

I would almost be willing to go to civil war, before my tax dollars go to any reparations, or any student loans.

Remind me, what was your paid wages in 2018? I seem to recall some $180k number but don't recall if it was the entire package or wages only. If it's the latter then you're blowing money left and right.

if not then that year was a gross aberration.

Ahhh....no. 100k is a peasants wage in today's world. I haven't made less than 100k since 2009.

I save at a 15% rate most years.....I live in modest homes and spend like a normal person.

I'd agree 100k is not a lot in today's day and age. But 140K before bonus is a good living, especially in shitholes like Indiana where RE prices are quite low.

They're barely scraping by and you shouldn't be in that boat. :bc:

That's what I'm saying. My grandpa still went out for cocktails and dinner every week. Took fishing trips and vacations with all the kids routinely.

He made half what I do inflation adjusted and lived every bit as much if not more

You'd be the richest guy in town in alot of small towns in the USA with $100k wage, other than the farmers.

140k is awesome money.... but I had 2 homes the and never fully recovered from being laid off up here and having to make an impromptu move. It costs allot to start a whole 2nd life in another place on 30 days notice.

I'm much better off financially now making 70% what I did last year given I dont have to sustain 2 households
