There’s a particular sect of Jews that have an average IQ of 110-115. There’s a stark biological reason for this. They do fall down a bit in visual IQ. They more than make up for it in math, communication, and highly developed working memory. If you’re referring to western based IQ testing that basically is designed to extract how a student will do in a western school, then yes. There’s a time where that type of test is of value. Are those tests skewed to western civilization,? of course. The 4 spheres of brain function that I posted are measurable, quantitative, and repeatable. Those are the 4 measurements of intelligence.
