My buddy called me and asked if I’d be interested in an AWD minivan for short cash. He just picked up the van at auction and it looked as though it had been well maintained. Very clean Colorado vehicle with a spotless car fax. I initially told him no. Later that day I stopped by his place. I drove it and bought it. I was originally in the market for a low mileage pick up. But this thing was in great shape and only $2k. I like it because i have the carrying capacity that eclipses a pick up and don’t have to worry about the elements. I do a fair amount of buying and selling furniture to refinish and now that I got out of part time landscaping I really didn’t need a pick up. The thing goes through any snowstorm with ease. Seriously, what’s not to like? I’ve got an 11 second car sitting in the garage for weekend ego inflation. Minivans are practical.
