Rod
Yes, it makes sense. There are pros and cons to everything. What's good for one corp is bad for another
Muskoka Rider
Get ready for bandwidth caps from ISPs. This will fuck some over if they are heavy users of streaming video. So, if you use NetFlix ten hours per day every day in your house, you will pay more. Rest assured, nobody will pay less. Sound good, only if you are an ISP, if you are a consumer, not so good. There is no upside here for the consumer, none, zero, nada. Oh, and Ben Shapiro is a fucking dickwad.
ActionfigureJoe
The consumer gets the shaft again. Trump. What a bunch of fucking zombies that support this piece of shit.

jtssrx
So were people losing access prior to Net Neutrality?
NaturallyAspirated
Wow does he bumble up the pipe comparison bad. And the Netflix comparison is poor as well, it's been around since before Net Neutrality, and competition was just fine. He's willing to the big corporate wants instead of the care and concern of the consumer. He argues for changing of the internet, for making it more complex and tiered. Bad idea and it is a bad policy. Neal

Before Net Neutrality ISPs were scared to do tiering because of what the FCC might do. That fear kept them in check until the formal ruling happened. Now they are unchecked and the fear of negative ruling is gone. Neal

There’s numerous examples of excess charges by isp’s that net neutrality squashed. You’re simply too much of an idiot to understand.

No, ISPs didn't want to engage in tiering because of how the FCC might come down on them. The FCC codified the the way in which it was working just fine, formalizing how ISPs should treat traffic, the way they were doing. Your loss, or more aptly your new charges we're not allowed to happen. You will be at the mercy of the ISP as far as access. Neal
