We drove to the sons place for a turkey dinner with mashed taters, stuffing, braised carrots, gravy and chocolate cake for dessert. While we were there the wife did our laundry lol.

We are at my brother's place in Nova Scotia and today was a very productive day. Some friends came with a small excavator, a couple float trailers and hauled an old truck out of the bush and all the scrap metal that was in the bush and in the shop. To top the day off I had listed a 78 and a 73 Vette last night for sale. A guy showed up this morning with a car battery, I installed it and poured a bit of gas in the carb and it fired right up after sitting for 14yrs. My brothers buddy showed up and talked me out of selling the 73. I'm going to haul it home when were done here and throw some money into it and turn it into a nice cruiser.

I was thinking of setting the cruise on the motorhome and go make a cup of coffee and sue them after the crash,bang and smash. I can't believe they had the nerve to sue and get away with it.

They said we were getting some snow lol.

It's definately a slow progress. I'm pretty sure the 73 is coming home. I have to throw my battery charger on it and see. It's in good shape inside/out and the motor has had a bit of work done.

I wouldn't really call it a barn find but there's a ton of goodies in the shop. Welders,tools, air comp, etc etc that I have to go thru. I'm gonna put my battery charger on the Vettes to see if I can get them going.

I've got a big rollcab at home with all my tools and a couple tool cases full of tools

I've got a couple Snap-On boxes to get rid of and a ton of tools. I'm gonna go thru them and sell everything. My brother had a ton of shit in his shop that I have to sort thru.

It was pretty wild weather here in Halifax yesterday with snow and high winds then rain. Today it's going up to 10 deg C then mild till the weekend.

We went out for dinner now that were free of the 14 day quarantine. We went to a restaurant in Dartmouth NS and I had a 24 0z Prime Rib steak with sauteed onions mushrooms and fries. It was pretty good and we didn't have to cook lol

We basically are sleeping, having coffee in the morning and watching movies in the coach. The rest of the time we spend in the house. We've cleaned out the main floor and filled a bin sofar and now working on the basement that'll fill another bin.

Today is our last day of the 14 day quarantine in Nova Scotia. The email arrives at 8:01 am every morning and we fill out the self isolation, press submit and it's done. We thought we'd be checked in on but nobody has looked in on us or called during the day. They sent another email stating as of tomorrow we are free to go anywhere we want. We will be going for a good steak dinner sometime next week

The one main problem with sweaty feet is the liners/boots get moisture in them. I originally had that problem getting cold feet then a buddy suggested taking the liners out overnight. The first time I did that the liners were wet as was the inside of the boot. In the mornings I would wear my boots with beanbag slippers till we were ready to go riding and then put the liners back in. My boots are over 10yrs old and I only wear little ankle socks now and feet are toasty

We are on day 11 of our quarantine in Nova Scotia in the motorhome in my brother's driveway. We are almost out of food but still have enough to get thru. The propane tank is just above 1/4 but not an issue as we can run the genny and use the fireplace and an elec heater. The only disadvantage is not being able to use the toilet, shower or water system as it's winterized so we have to go in the house. Overall it's been fun sofar and looking forward to warm weather .

Malco fine polish with a good orbital polisher than ceramic coat. It'll do the trick on headlight lenses that have faded as well

Damn cold

No. Early summer and early fall. We figure 4-6 weeks each time. We were thinking of building but up in the air with the premium on lumber at the moment.

We have friends on/by Fox Point Lake and the grandkids are in Halifax. It'll be somewhere to vacation/park the motorhome and have our own space

Half hour or so south of Halifax.

Once our quarantine is up we'll be looking at property near Hubbards.
