What EV would you suggest for a newly licensed 16 year old that costs between 3-5k and is AWD. Obviously don't want anything fast/quick. What's your opinion on the vaccine actually working??, just was watching the news, Vermont the most vaccinated state in the union has the highest covid cases, in my state the most vaccinated county has the highest covid cases..Where Florida, Alabama, Mississippi with low vaccination rates are doing quite well??
