All I remember is we rolled into Kedgewick at 3 am after 18 hours in the saddle. Last year we planned on crossing in Ft. Kent and doing the Gaspe, our buddy Angry Ginger smoked a deer 30 miles from our camp in Jackman, and we turned back. Next day my brother and I did a shortened loop, stayed in Presque Isle first night, then crossed at Ft. Kent and ripped up to Riviere du loop. I've found signage in NB to be a little lacking. If it wasn't for good terrain maps on my Garmin, we might have done about 30 miles of bare tar.
