I think a little green loctite on the shaft and should be good to go.

I took the starter out of my catalyst and remember it was more time consuming than the procross. I think I removed the throttle bodies but left the air box in place.

Yep. The 90-92 ext specials and 91-92 Prowler specials had fox reservoir. In 92 they were only on the front and fox non reservoir in rear because they had problems with the hoses breaking in the rear. This is a 92 so just in the front.
