Right.... People with preexisting conditions are at risk. Unfortunately the number of people in the US with preexisting conditions are staggering. Without COVID many of those people would still be alive. A lesser amount would have dies for sure. I am not saying to shut everything down, but take simple basic precautions to helps vulnerable people.

64 deaths in a day in a State like Wisconsin is a lot. Even if there may be a few additional classified as COVID that is not.

A lot of Biden signs where I live in Southern Maine.

I went to Toyota because I was done with Dodge and GMC. I traded my GMC at 93K becasue the engine was failing. The Dodge before that had the engine replaced at 75K (77 k warranty so I was lucky) and still needed a new fuel sending unit and instrument cluster so I traded that. To early to tell of the Totota will be better with only 26k on it currently.

I live in southern Maine but am from the Millinocket area and spend a lot of time up on the Golden Road. The most common tire I see up there are actually the Goodyear wrangler all terrain adventure with kevlar, but I liked the looks of the duratracs and know plenty of people who run them. BFG KOs were on my short list also. I have a Tundra also, it is amazes me how many Toyota's I see in the North Maine Woods now... Also plenty of Subaru's with CT plates....

I just put those tires on my truck. A lot of guys I know run them on the gravel roads in Northern Maine for puncture resistance from the shale, and they get good life out of them.

It should NOT be extended the way it is written. People should not be making more on unemployment. Amend it so that people get normal wages and then taper it down to normal unemployment levels over time. Fix those issues and then pass it.

I have been careful for the good of my family, but initially believed this was way overblown. A girl I graduated HS with died from this. I assume there are underlying conditions, but here brother brought it back from NY with him when the job site he was on shut down due to COVID. Today a Coworker was hospitalized. He can't breath. Bit strapping man of about 55. No known underlying conditions. He got it from his wife who contracted it in a nursing home. His daughter has it as well. She is not great but can breath well enough not to be hospitalized. I personally know others that have had it. It is definitely to be taken seriously. At least use the basic precautions to protect others you care about. I would hate to pass it on to someone that dies.

China would not allow us to send a team into their country. It would not matter who was President. This is very different virus and would have spread regardless. Yes, Trump should have done something sooner. Remember the resistance to shutting down travel from China? We can only hope to learn how to improve for the future and move on. Hopefully people will learn to build up a personal rainy day fund so missing a few months of paychecks doesn't devastate them.

I do get why they are protesting. They are protesting to have the ability to go back to work and make a living. Do I think anyone needs to carry a gun to do it - NOPE. It does help them get more media though, so maybe that is a win for them.

I'd rather just make my meager living and pay my meager bills and enjoy life.
