There are several suburbs around here (and chicago neighborhoods) that were notorious for pulling over black motorists at random. It went on for years until I think some class action lawsuits cost those suburbs some serious cash. City of Chicago pays hundreds of millions is police abuse and shooting cases. Mostly to black and minority victims. If you cant see the bias in that then you just dont want to see it.
