Hamas are the ones preventing Palestinians from fleeing. Hamas are the ones preventing Israeli aid and fuel from being used to keep generators going at the hospitals. Hamas are the ones committing "war crimes" by maintaining bases of operations underneath hospitals. Hamas are the ones providing trumped up death toll numbers, which the complicit MSM runs with without fact checking (i.e. 500 dead in hospital attack that turned out to be a misfire from Gaza that knocked over a couple cars). Hamas are the ones pushing for genocide and are the ones who ran an "apartheid state" Palestinians, Hamas included, have been offered statehood on numerous occasions and have rejected every single proposal. Before Israel existed, there was no such thing as a Palestinian state. There is no "Palestine" to "free." Palestinians could have peace if their religion would allow them to. None of this even remotely says the IDF can do no wrong. There have been plenty of fuckups over the years. But the saying holds true that if tomorrow Palestine put down their weapons, there could be peace, and if Israel put down there weapons, there would be no more Israel. Your average tiktoker understands none of this. They think Israel is trying to "ethnically cleanse" the Palestinians, which is bullshit. If they were really trying to eradicate the Arabs in their midst, there wouldn't be Arabs on the Knesset, wouldn't have been a doubling of the Arab population in Israel in the last 20 years, etc. The millions of Arabs who live in Israel largely enjoy it there and have no interest in leaving, nor do they feel unwelcome.

No military in history has done as much to prevent civilian casualty in urban warfare as Israel is in this conflict. The US certainly never extended this level of courtesy to Iraqi or Afghani civilians.
