I even predicted this isn't going to happen. but the fact that he ran his pie-hole and caused market fluctuations, pissing off allies, inducing possible foreign investment changes, etc was dumb. just like following through it would be dumb. The EU has come out with a list of goods it will tax that are made from swing states. Now keep in mind a very small % of steel and aluminium imports come from the EU.
