Edmo
Why are the dems in Hollywood talking about gun control, getting rid of the 2nd amendment and the nra? These movies they make glorify gun violence more than an anyone else in this country. Does anyone else see the hypocracy here?
Edmo
Julianne Moore’s new move has 150 gun shooting scenes in it. Of course she’s the one screaming the loudest about gun control.
jtssrx
Look at how the Democrats on this site operate. They are all running around stroking themselves off because Bill Oriely is back in the news for sexual harassment. these same people openly support Bill Clinton a known rapist who cigar fucked a intern in the oval office. I find it disturbing that women do not report sexual assault immediately to LE especially if they get a large payday down the road. Maybe if they did they could have stopped another woman from being assaulted. Whether or not this was the case with B.O. we don't know yet but it was clearly going on with Weinstein. If its provable enough for someone to settle for $32 million I'd assume its provable enough to get an arrest. Sexual assault is a slippery slope. Lots of cases where the women come out later saying they made it up. In fact on of BO accusers was arrested previously for doing the same thing. Men with money or men with the potential to make a bunch down the road (athletes) need to be really fucking careful these days. Hell look at the Duke Lacrosse case just to name one. Yes but in O'Reilly's case the large sum might have been because of a gag clause in the settlement. Even if the case against him was not strong it would still cause him professional and financial harm just by being out in the open. He could win the case against him and still end up losing in the big picture.

Police said when they arrived at the scene Burgess "appeared intoxicated." The arresting officer stated: "I asked Ms. Burgess where the gun was that she was struck with in the face, she replied there is no gun. I again asked her where the gun was, and if she had been assaulted. Ms. Burgess stated there was no gun, and he didn’t assault me!" The boyfriend told police she had threatened him, saying she would call "the cops saying you hit me with a gun!" According to the police document, Burgess was arrested for filing a false felony report and for violating a personal protection order. In a statement provided to Newsmax, Lisa Bloom, Burgess's attorney, acknowledges the police report involving her client, but states that Burgess and her former boyfriend "both believe the charges were based on a misunderstanding and were not pursued by the police or prosecutors." In another document, a social media user thought to be Burgess tweeted on Nov. 24, 2012: "… up until 10 years ago Laurence Fishburne could get every oz. of my hot chocolate." Addressing that tweet, Bloom stated: "Ms. Burgess has used many terms to refer to herself, including on occasion 'bitch' and the N word. That does not give others – especially her superiors in her workplace – permission to use offensive language about her." O'Reilly voiced frustration that the media had published harshly negative accounts about him without checking on the background of the accusers. "The press just printed everything she said," he said. "She's on 'The View,' and nobody's even checking her out? I mean, come on." "This is why people use the term witch hunt," he said.
Platinum Contributing Member Highmark Posted October 23, 2017 Platinum Contributing Member Share Posted October 23, 2017 (edited) Honestly no way I pay out $32 million if I hadn't done anything no matter how much money I have. While our law doesn't directly state it but if you settle or take the 5th chances are you did something wrong.
