then explain it to us, ace.....

Explain corporate tax to you?  Are you rounding out of your own reason for posting this thread?  That's weird.

It's ok though.  I understand.  Trying to fill the "Russia!" void is hard.

:lmao:

apparently you corporate tax experts need more data....words from the guy racer said he voted for :news:  do you need to know where carrier offshored,  too?

"Let’s be clear. United Technologies is not going broke. Last year, it made a profit of $7.6 billion and received more than $6 billion in defense contracts. It has also received more than $50 million from the Export-Import Bank and very generous tax breaks. In 2014, United Technologies gave its former chief executive Louis Chenevert a golden parachute worth more than $172 million. Last year, the company’s five highest-paid executives made more than $50 million. The firm also spent $12 billion to inflate its stock price instead of using that money to invest in new plants and workers."

pick one on your list and tell us in what ways we are exploiting them, specifically

I've been told by the Clown Posse the economic numbers are now real and the economy is doing great.  Why the need for huge tax cuts?

and  United Technologies stock is at about 117 propping up a lot of 401k . not all corps have over sea manufacturing . I would bet less than 4% of USA corps have any oversea plants or workers hell could be less than 4%

Well... First they buy enough politicians to get the tax credits and subsidies they want. (Lobbyist jobs) . Then they buy propaganda via news networks, cable TV, radio, newspapers, blogs, etc to inform the public that this is how jobs are created and when the corporations get all the money they are going to expand and sprinkle the money on down on everybody else (pr and advertising jobs). Then when the rich corporate executives have huge parties they spend million on resorts and hookers and booze (more jobs). It makes all kinds of jobs slinger you stupid liberal fuck.

so why wouldn't they keep the traditions, make more profits with lower taxes, so you can bolster your 401K performance?

once a corporation is no longer getting railed by the US tax code they may no longer feel the need to open new plants over the boarder or ocean

oh bullshit. like i said, many pay little to no taxes now, and they're still over there. it's the low wages, no regulations, no bennies that creates the draw.
