Sure and those with slower metabolism's need to work harder at it.   Part of life.

Some people have a one parent family. Time is not always available. It's always easy for the skinny guy to say make time.

There is always an excuse for poor choices in your liberal mind.  And always a scape goat excuse for the choice.

1st....I'm not that skinny.....I just don't blame anyone else for the shape I'm in.   2nd....its not just exercise and anyone can watch their calorie intake and do simple calisthenics in their home.   Doesn't take shit for time and requires no equipment.

A perfect world would include not blaming one's own faults on everything but themselves.

Right.  I like food so, I can make a pretty good swing of 20 up and down but never get past that.  I don't understand looking at the obesity in America.  I mean, at one point, fatty was half that size which was still huge and that wasn't a good enough indicator to stop making bad choices.  Is there a contest I'm unaware of?

Shocker is, lots of young people are fat now.  I mean, really fat.

So if Lebron decides to leave the family high and dry and LaShonda has to take on a 3rd job to support a family and eats when she can that's her fault somehow. I guess she just has to eat salad every meal i suppose.

No doubt obesity is at epidemic levels in the US but so is declining personal responsibility.

I do have to laugh at the obesity or BMI charts.  As a former athlete I still carry a considerable amount of muscle.   I got in excellent shape during the pandemic and was a very solid 240 lbs.   According to the govt I was obese.

Obesity and BMI are for the average population. Most don't walk around with solid muscle and a low percentage of body fat.

Pretty racist example don't you think?

I'm guessing if LaShanda is working 3 jobs her calorie output is sufficient.   It would come down to keeping calorie intake at a reasonable level.  Its not just what one eats its more so HOW MUCH one eats.

Honestly for me to stay the weight I want I'm hungry all the fucking time.   Part of life that I just don't always do very well but that's on me.

Easy for you to say. Stress is a big factor in what people choose to eat.

I used this example because you're a hilljack Trump supporter and it would be easiest for you to understand.

I've been "obese" since 11th grade according to those charts.  They are dated as hell and quite frankly, stupid.  Even in the military I had to do a "pinch test" for my official fitness test.  Hilarious as hell.  Runner stamp city in my unit.

fat shaming is 'mean' I've been told... repeatedly 9_9

you've spent some time in the dirty south I believe.  it's amazing how many seriously fat fuckers there are in the southern US.  guess that's why there's 'all you can eat' buffets every 300 yards and the focus isn't on the salad bar.  Mississippi being one of the most unexpected in my travels over the years.  Maybe if they just took away their air conditioning it would help?

guess we in the upper Midwest must burn enough calories to just stay warm to stay out of the top ten

Jesus you're just a rolodex of excuses.    You fit right in with the libtards.

You act as if people in good or reasonable shape have less stress in their lives somehow which is a crock of shit.

No. I'm saying everyone is different. Trump has alot of stress and he's obese. He's up all hours of the night and eats like shit. He cant even walk the golf course.

And its nobodies fault but his own.  Biden has a lot of stress.....well if he can comprehend what is stressful and is thin.   Great job on his part.

I'll never claim that some don't have it easier staying thin than others however that alone isn't an excuse for being severely obese any more than what the govt allows in food.

The blacks are a huge factor.  Their obesity levels are off the charts.  Mexicans are chasing tho.

So explain the Lashonda's that stay thin even if they were born with a slower metabolism?

Is there any other topic you would like to make excuses for people?  Gingers?  Short people?   Ugly people?
