Well, the walking might help.  Here's the thing, the new "go to" excuse for black communities is "food inequity"  because they don't choose good food.  They choose garbage so, grocery stores don't hang out there.

I laugh at the NON GMO label that seems to be on everything these days. It's on items that aren't genetically modified but the customers love it.

I've never felt better than when I spent a month in Madagascar eating primarily fresh food from markets.

I do have to laugh at the obesity or BMI charts.  As a former athlete I still carry a considerable amount of muscle.   I got in excellent shape during the pandemic and was a very solid 240 lbs.   According to the govt I was obese.

I usually eat a salad everyday. Usually for lunch. Its not the same though. You just know it's been sprayed with shit. We usually have a garden of some sort, but we decided not to this year.

That is just it, virtually everything in the stores is GMO is some way, shape, or form.  Just because it isn't what people traditionally think of GMO doesn't mean it isn't.

And the ones people are the most concerned about and are banned elsewhere are the only ones that undergo any kind of safety testing.
