According to Singh, there was an error of $3.6 billion in the current fiscal year and $2.6 billion in the 2022 fiscal year. “In a significant number of cases, services used replacement costs rather than net book value, thereby overestimating the value of the equipment drawn down from US stocks and provided to Ukraine,” Singh said. The remnants of that operation has kept Cuba locked into poverty and despair ever since. RFK needs to give a more accurate account of history. JFK was the architect of America’s current relationship with Cuba. Obama was the first president to try and make at least some half hearted efforts to change that path.
