The only way to stop it, is to slowly stop the flow from the trough. Raising taxes will only give them more money to spend on stupid things. I really don't want McConnell there. Why do they think they can spend more than that? If our tax revenue is 4 Trillion this year, then don't spend more than that and you get an extra 6% next year to use to pay off the debt.
