How in the FUCK did this guy get two guns? Just a mental health problem? No... there's more problems with the entire scenario than I can even get into until more details become available. Markus Allen, had alcohol and was in possession of a stolen handgun, arrested in a crowd of thousands and was out of police custody 36 minutes later after posting 500 bucks himself.
