this is bound to get more interesting... shooter was deported four times since 2009, was shooting a gun at his house at eleven o'clock at night.  cops have the rifle but believe he still has a handgun.

How in the FUCK did this guy get two guns?  Just a mental health problem?  No... there's more problems with the entire scenario than I can even get into until more details become available.  Hope they shoot the fucker and skip the trial.

Sigh...

36 minutes and 500 dollars and you can get out of jail even when caught with a stolen firearm.

he either scurried back across the border or cadaver dogs will find him... but preferably buzzards, critters or insects but I doubt law enforcement will be first on the scene if he's DOA.

regardless... his house?  his weapons?  deported four times?  in Tejas?  there's more to this that will come out.

some stupid C-word from Georgia will likely call it a false flag.

Yep, shot to the head and throw him in the desert for the buzzards

you won't get a quarrel from me on that

I have alternate locations in the UP or Northern Wisco to dispose of the corpse if need be  ;)

"A Texas man accused of killing five neighbors after being asked to stop shooting his assault-style rifle because of the noise had been deported from the U.S. four times since 2009, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said on Monday."

that would be four times under Obama, Trump and Biden...?

The suspect in the shooting in the rural community of Cleveland, Texas, Francisco Oropesa, 38, is a Mexican who was deported in March 2009 after being ordered removed by an immigration judge, ICE said in a statement. He was apprehended and deported again in September 2009, January 2012 and July 2016, ICE said.

Where or how did he get the guns?

Who cares?..... Anyone can and always will be able to get guns if they want them, no matter what the laws are.

Hard to say, we don't know much about the sick fuck.  Where did he work?  Did he have family here he kept coming back to?  Wtf was he shooting for in the middle of the night?  Gang or MS13 connections?  It's all quite odd.  Obviously he was able to purchase or acquire a couple firearms somehow?

I listed an example of the leniency.  Markus Allen, had alcohol and was in possession of a stolen handgun, arrested in a crowd of thousands and was out of police custody 36 minutes later after posting 500 bucks himself.

Founded in 1636 as a citizen force organized to protect families and towns from hostile attacks, today's National Guard Soldiers hold civilian jobs or attend college while maintaining their military training part-time, always ready to defend the American way of life in the event of an emergency.

sounds like a well regulated militia but wtf do I know...

Enforce the current laws.  It really is that simple.

If you had a concealed, stolen firearm with alcohol in a group of thousands, you should not be able to get out of police custody with 500 dollars in 36 minutes.

Or do you believe that is the way it should be?
