In a State controlled by Democrats, in a city completely 100% controlled by Democrats. Why would white GOP racism be the worst where there are none? Not one white Republican in any office. About 700,000 live in Detroit. I think about 1.5 million lived there in the 60’s. They need to consolidate all the people to one area and plow it over and rebuild.
