The second link says an unknown amount, and yes any loophole should be closed to ensure we're not in some round-about way.

f7ben
The US allows country of origins rebranding on all sorts of products. We sanctions countries and then just import their shit through other countries.

Platinum Contributing Member Highmark Posted November 29, 2022 Author Platinum Contributing Member Share Posted November 29, 2022 (edited) The main reason we imported so much from Russia to begin with was logistics and quality of oil. Easier to get Russian oil for west coast refiners and they aren't as readily able to refine the more "dirty" Canadian oil. Guess who is benefiting from all the extra rail traffic of taking oil from other parts of the US to west coast refiners? You guessed it.....Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway. Now not only does rail immensely benefit from no Keystone Pipeline they benefit from more rail movement of oil to the west coast. Rail strike could put some significant pressure on West Coast fuel supplies. Edited November 29, 2022 by Highmark

Guess it depends class A or B. Class A is a bit pricey at $472K per share. I'm not heavily in the market right now.
