Rather than having launch code information with options and locations that the president might need while traveling in case of emergency, it probably has diagram and capability info so the president can build one himself with the latest and greatest tech out of Lawrence Livermore - while traveling, of course. Pretty easy to look at the past history and basically everything they said Trump had done or was doing amounted to lies or nothing at all. You don't have to be a Trump supporter at all to look at everything they've tried to do to him to see this is likely another fake witch hunt.
