The word racism has completely lost its meaning. I was having a conversation with a co-worker just yesterday afternoon, about what is happening with Minneapolis, and all of a sudden he brings up WHITE doesn't understand BLACK! This is coming from a guy I call MILK-TOAST, and he knows what is going on better than a person of color???
